Additions
Enchantments
Alleviating
- A rare enchantment with one level that applies to all armor.
- Alleviating heals the player upon collection of experience. The effect stacks with multiple pieces of armor.
- It is a treasure enchantment, so it can only be found in loot, fishing and from villagers.
- It is incompatible with Mending and Reforming.
Curse of Ascension
- A curse found only on loot in end city chests that applies to anything enchantable
- Causes the dropped item to slowly ascend
Curse of Fleeting
- A curse found as a treasure enchantment
- Causes the dropped item to be repelled by players
Launch
- An uncommon enchantment with two levels that applies to swords.
- Weapons with Launch cause the target to shoot upwards when attacked, instead of away.
- Launch can be obtained in the enchanting table, as well as in loot and from villagers, like most enchantments.
- It is incompatible with Knockback.
Obedience
- A treasure enchantment that can be applied to horse armor
- When a horse with armor enchanted with obedience is not mounted, it will stay in place and not wander off
- It can only be obtained as treasure from the hoglin stables version of bastion remnants
Reeling
- A rare crossbow enchantment with two levels.
- Unlike Punch, reeling pulls the target towards the shooter.
- It can be obtained from the enchantment table, loot, and trading, like most enchantments.
- It is not incompatible with any other crossbow enchantments.
Reforming
- Rare enchantment with one level that applies to all gear with durability.
- Items with reforming are slowly repaired over time while held or worn.
- It is a treasure enchantment and thus can only be found from villagers in loot.
- It is incompatible with Infinity and Mending.
Shockwave
- Uncommon boots enchantment with four levels.
- When falling, Shockwave creates a shockwave around the player, damaging nearby entities and trampling farmland.
- The size of the shockwave is based on the level while the damage dealt is based on the fall height.
- It is obtained from enchanting, loot, and villagers, and is incompatible with Feather Falling.
Spread of Ailments
- A crossbow enchantment
- It applies the shooter's active potion effects to projectiles fired.
Vengeance
- A very rare armor enchantment with three levels.
- When the wearer takes damage, a portion of that damage is stored and applied to the wearer’s next attack.
- It can be obtained from loot and villagers, as well as put on chestplates at the enchanting table.
- It is incompatible with Thorns.
Changes
- Has a chance to be repaired with iron ingots. This can be automated via dispensers
- No longer yields the "Too Expensive!" message, instead has a maximum EXP cost that you can continually pay; 50 levels by default
- Renaming items only ever costs one level
- Swords with this enchantment now mine cobwebs faster
- All horse armor now accepts enchantments and can be enchanted at an enchanting table or an anvil
- Horse armor found as loot may already be enchanted
- Accepts every enchantment applicable to any normal armor piece other than aqua affinity, alleviating, mending, reforming, swift sneak, unbreaking and vengeance
- No longer requires an arrow to be in the inventory to work
- Arrows shot with infinity have a unique look
- This tweak is disabled by default and so must be enabled in the configuration file
- All experience levels are now worth the same amount of exp, making acquiring higher levels easier
- This tweak is disabled by default and so must be enabled in the configuration file
- Protection is made unobtainable in survival to encourage using one of its variants and make the game more challenging
- Now useable in water cauldrons
- No longer siphons durability from the armor piece it's applied to
- Increases incoming damage whilst the speed boost is applied
