Configuration

Configurations files are files located in a player's minecraft instance. They are a feature added by Forge which allows players to change the behavior of certain features in mods in order to customize their modded minecraft experience.

Mods by Team Abnormals offer ways to fine-tune several features, enable/disable controversial tweaks to the vanilla game. Note that in 1.19.2 versions, World Generation is controlled by datapacks rather than config files.

Usage

Configs are located in the .minecraft/config folder. They can also be opened with the /config command added by Forge.
