Ice Creams are food items added in Neapolitan. There are 6 main flavors, each crafted from a specific flavor ingredient with milk, sugar, ice cubes, and a bowl. There is also a special flavor, the titular Neapolitan ice cream, which is crafted with vanilla, chocolate, and strawberries all at once. Eating ice cream will bestow the effect associated with that flavor, will briefly freeze the player, and return the bowl.

All normal flavored ice creams restore 6 () hunger and 4.8 saturation, while Neapolitan ice cream restores 12 ( × 6) hunger and 9.6 saturation. They all Freeze the player for 3.5 seconds and return an empty bowl once eaten.

All standard flavors of ice cream can be used to make their respective flavored Milkshake, either via crafting or by putting the ice cream into a milk cauldron.
