Milkshakes are food items from Neapolitan. There are 6 types, each made from a specific flavor of Ice Cream and milk in glass bottles, and drinking one will grant that flavor's effect. The bottle is returned upon consumption, and any milk containers are returned when crafting.

Cauldrons
Milkshakes can be made by adding flavored ice cream (not Neapolitan ice cream) to fully filled milk cauldrons.
Usage
Food
When drank, milkshakes restore 2 (
) hunger and 6.0 saturation and return an empty bottle. The player can drink milkshakes even with full hunger.
Each milkshake gives an effect associated with its flavor:
- Vanilla
- Vanilla Scent (0:10)
- Chocolate
- Sugar Rush III (0:15)
- Strawberry
- 3
HP - Banana
- Agility (0:30)
- Mint
- Berserking (0:40)
- Adzuki
- Harmony (0:15)
Cauldrons
Milkshakes can be used to fill cauldrons.
